The villa is located in the seaside village of Almirida east of Chania.
In the green nature of Apokoronas and near the most beautiful beaches of the prefecture, the villa is ideal for relaxation and tranquility.
The sea is 100 meters away, and nearby you will find pharmacies, gas stations, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
It is built on a plot of 500 meters and outdoor spaces are designed to offer privacy and functionality. Its construction began in 2000 and since then renovating frequently, it consists of two separate floors 60 and 80 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people (+2 on demand).
The two floors are connected by external staircase and overlook the pool and garden.
The villa is fenced and access to the pool is closed by a door so that your kids are safe.
It is fully furnished and with all appliances.
In the summer months you can taste from our garden fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers etc.
